Alex Biggs
Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Biggs is a qualified Mining Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. He has over 20 years’  experience in the engineering and mining sectors including corporate, operations, consulting and finance, including capital raising, both equity and debt as well as deal structuring and significant commercial expertise. Mr Biggs is currently Managing Director of Lightning Minerals (ASX) a Non-Executive Director at Metals Australia (ASX) and previously Managing Director of Critical Resources (ASX). He has held management and operational positions at Venturex Resources, Palisade Capital Corporation, Barrick Gold as well as Principal level positions in consultancy and advisory capacities. Mr Biggs is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a graduate of the Western Australian School of Mines.

Sam Smith
CEO & Executive Director

Mr Smith is a mining engineer with significant experience in open pit mining, underground mining, mine infrastructure, and exploration drilling. He holds a Diploma of Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Communications degree from Edith Cowan University. He has worked extensively for contracting and mining companies at projects throughout Australia and overseas. Mr Smith also has a strong commercial background with experience in feasibility studies, marketing, budgeting, financial modelling, contracts, and project evaluation. In Mr Smith’s previous role (as CEO of Breaker Resources), he was an integral part of the successful takeover of ASX: BRB Breaker Resources by ASX: RMS Ramelius Resources

Craig Sharpe
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Sharpe is an investment professional with over 25 years’ experience. He holds a Bachelor Commerce degree specialising in Economics and Finance. In 2005 he completed an MBA at Monash university. Recently Mr Sharpe become a graduate of the Australian Institute of company directors (GAICD). He has worked across many areas of finance including FX, institutional, retail, corporate and management. Mr Sharpe has a large network of investor and industry professionals across the Asia Pacific region. Throughout the 25 years he has worked with many companies in relation to IPO’s, raising capital and planning. Mr Sharpe is currently a NED of Lightning Minerals L1M.ASX.

Brent Jones
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Jones is an experienced financial services professional who has held numerous directorships and managerial positions. Currently Mr Jones acts as the Head of Professional Services at Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ). A national supplier of diversified professional services to the Accounting and Advice industry. Prior to joining Sequoia, Mr Jones was a founder of InterPrac Ltd, a nationally recognised participant to the advice industry. InterPrac was sold to Sequoia in 2017 and is remains to be a leading Australian Financial Services License. As a professional and personal investor Mr Jones has been involved in M&As, IPOs, capital raisings, early seed funding and development funding activities. Mr Jones is a Non-Executive Director of Latin Resources. Mr. Jones has a degree in Information Technology from Monash University, is a member of the National Tax and Accountants Association and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Cerith Frame
Exploration Manager

Mr. Frame is an experienced exploration geologist, with significant exposure to both greenfield exploration, resource and reserve studies, project generation and review.  As a geologist, Mr. Frame has successfully led both junior explorer teams and mid-tier project teams across Australia in a range of geological settings. Mr. Frame was previously a Senior Geologist at the Northparkes mine and successfully delivered a range of generative exploration programs across multiple disciplines which resulted in new discoveries at and around the mine.  Mr. Frame has extensive experience in the Mt Isa Inlier, a world renowned district which is host to a number of Tier-1 deposits.  During his time in this area, Mr. Frame worked for Exco Resources (who were later acquired by WH Sol Patterson) who became Round Oak Minerals. Mr. Frame has BSc. (Hons) in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University and is a member of AusIMM.

Jay Stephenson
CFO and Company Secretary

Mr Stephenson has been involved in business development for over 30 years including approximately 26 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in resources, manufacturing, information technology, wine, hotels and property. Mr Stephenson has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies
